Town of Bolton Application/Permit Fee Schedule

Checks shall be made payable to: Town of Bolton

  • SITE PLAN REVIEW: $45 – There is one blanket fee charged for each project.
  • VARIANCE: $65 -There is one blanket fee charged regardless of the number of variances required to accomplish a project.
  • SUBDIVISION: The number of lots will be calculated by determining the total number of lots created from the parent parcel over the past 10 years.
  • LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: $25
  • MINOR SUBDIVISION: Four (4) or less lots – $40 for the first two (2) lots and $10 for each additional lot
  • MAJOR SUBDIVISION: Five (5) or more lots – $500 plus $50 per lot. ( As of 01/23/03, in accordance with Section 150-9A (Provisions for Recreation) and under Supplemental Ordinances B3 (An Ordinance Establishing Recreation Fees in the Town of Bolton: Requirements), a recreational fee of $400 per lot may be applied to each lot within a major subdivision. This fee would be implemented upon development of the lot, and would be imposed by the lot owner at the time the Certificate of Compliance is issued by the Town of Bolton.)
  • SEPTIC: $25
  • CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE: $25
  • STORMWATER:  Contact Planning Office to determine minor or major classification – Minor: $ 50 Major: $250
