The Town of Bolton is accepting applications for the following positions:

Water Treatment Plant Operator Trainee.  This is a trainee position in which the incumbent learns the duties and routines of the operation and maintenance of a water treatment plant.  The work is preformed under the supervision of a qualified operator.  Employees are required to complete the training and experience requirements of the New York State Sanitary Code for a certificate appropriate to the plant.  Availability on weekends is a must.   Applications will be received until July 2, 2021.  please email to: [email protected] or mail to Town Hall, PO Box 698 Bolton Landing, NY 12814

Summer Interns:  Applicants must be familiar in clerical and basic record keeping practices along with computer skills in current Microsoft Office programs.  This position will start immediately and is not to exceed 20 hours per week.  Applications must be received by June 11, 2021. please email to planning [email protected]

Part Time Police Officers:  Successful candidate must be a certified police officer at the time of hire and must have been employed as a police officer (full-time or part-time) for a minimum of five (5) years.

Full Time Laborer for the Parks Department
Weekend availability a must.

Temporary Laborers / Cleaner for the Parks Department:
Weekend availability a must. Responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning parks & grounds, restrooms, dock areas, etc.. Minimum age requirement is 16 years. Starting salary is $15.00 per hour.

The Bolton Recreation Department has multiple seasonal jobs available: 

Lifeguards needed from Memorial Day to Labor Day and available to work weekends.   Minimum age of 16, starting salary $14.50/hr.  Must provide active supervision of waterfront facility and take direction delegated by the Supervising Lifeguard and/or Recreation Director.  Current CPR and Waterfront Lifeguard certification required American Red Cross or equivalent.Position specific questions please contact Michelle Huck, Recreation Director Town of Bolton 518-928-3176 [email protected]
