Town of Bolton Beaches will be open on
May 23-25 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We will be maintaining a reduced capacity and
following the state mandated Covid 19 regulations.
Beaches will continue to be open on weekends only, until June 25th.
Future dates are pending New York State regulations.

The following regulations will be in enforced:

Picnic Areas, Pavilions, Playgrounds, Volleyball, Basketball and Tennis Courts.
Walking through the picnic area is permitted,
however no portable grills or tables will be allowed.
You may bring your own cooler or food, no glass please.
Kayak Launching is permitted in Veteran’s Park.
Public Docks are open.
Social Distancing is Mandatory.
Masks are required by all visitors and employees when a six-foot distance cannot be maintained.
If the above guidelines are not adhered to, you will be asked to leave the facility.

The Town of Bolton Transfer Station will resume normal fees for the disposal
of all trash beginning Thursday May 21st.
Punch cards with be available for purchase at the transfer station
with a check or money order only or at the Town Clerk’s office via check, credit or cash.

Attendants will continue to remain in the building and will be unable to attend visitors.

The Transfer Station will be closed on
Tuesday’s & Thursday’s effective
June 1, 2020.

The Warren County Board of Supervisors
also continues to ask that owners who are renting homes through short-term rental programs
temporarily halt those rentals, and that any seasonal homeowner who has come to the county
in recent days isolate themselves for 14 days, and contact
Public Health Services at 518-761-6580 for information on local practices and protocols.

 Warren County is in the process of developing a registry for full and part-time residents that may need additional assistance during an emergency for use by local emergency responders.  Those who choose to share the information will be asked to provide their age and address, whether they are hearing impaired, whether they have any equipment like oxygen tanks or need dialysis, or have a pacemaker or defibrillator, or medication that requires refrigeration. They are can also detail any other serious medical issues, and whether they are mobile, or need assistance to walk.  The information will also collect the names of emergency contacts.  Any information regarding language barriers may also be included.  www.warrencountyny.gov/emergency/registry/
