Upon entering the Zoom meeting, participants will be placed in a virtual waiting room where the host will
admit one person at a time to ask questions or give comments beginning at 9:45AM.

All comments/questions will be limited to five minutes.

The Town of Bolton, Town Hall has masks available to the public at the Clerk’s Office.

Beginning Thursday June 18, 2020 the Town of Bolton Beaches will be open seven days/week

We will be maintaining a reduced capacity and
following the state mandated Covid-19 regulations.

Beach Hours of Operation: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM

Public Docks are open, NO Overnight Parking at docks or in lots.

Social Distancing is Mandatory
Masks are required by all visitors and employees when a six-foot distance cannot be maintained.
You must have a face mask with you at all times and wear one when you cannot maintain a 6 ft. distance from others (unless they are in your family unit/household).

10 ft. of spacing is required between beach blankets/chairs, unless they are in your family unit/household.
Masks required when walking on the beach between family groups.

Playgrounds and Pavilions are closed.

Picnic Areas are closed.  No portable grills, tables, or cooking of food permitted.  You may bring chairs or blankets if you wish to sit in the picnic area.
You may bring your own cooler or food, no glass please.

Volleyball and basketball courts are closed.  No group sports allowed (baseball, kickball, football group games)

Frisbee, toss games (bean bag, pitch and catch etc.) and similar games may be played on the lawn, not on the beach.
These games are permitted in pairs or with a parent/adult and their children.

Kayak Launching is available in Veteran’s Park

Fishing is permitted off the Roger’s Park Pier.

No Dogs allowed.

No Smoking in parks or on beach.

If the above guidelines are not adhered to, you will be asked to leave the facility.

The Town of Bolton Transfer Station will resume normal fees for the disposal
of all trash beginning Thursday May 21st.
Punch cards with be available for purchase at the transfer station
with a check or money order only or at the Town Clerk’s office via check, credit or cash.

Attendants will continue to remain in the building and will be unable to attend visitors.

The Transfer Station will be closed on
Tuesday’s & Thursday’s effective
June 1, 2020.

THE TOWN OF BOLTON USES AN EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM.

 Warren County is in the process of developing a registry for full and part-time residents that may need additional assistance during an emergency for use by local emergency responders.  Those who choose to share the information will be asked to provide their age and address, whether they are hearing impaired, whether they have any equipment like oxygen tanks or need dialysis, or have a pacemaker or defibrillator, or medication that requires refrigeration. They are can also detail any other serious medical issues, and whether they are mobile, or need assistance to walk.  The information will also collect the names of emergency contacts.  Any information regarding language barriers may also be included.  www.warrencountyny.gov/emergency/registry/
